ABOUT KATELYN

Katelyn is a dancer turned fitness enthusiast. What started as a side job in between ballet contracts and Broadway shows has quickly become her passion. After the birth of her son in 2018, she turned to fitness to keep her body strong and her spirit alive. While balancing the demands of motherhood and trying to get her body back, Katelyn changed her approach to exercise. Enter the creation of MOMBAUD!

    I am eight days into my 10 day challenge to work on my pelvic floor and lower abs. I cannot believe the difference just 10 minutes a day of exercise makes! Already I can see a difference in my lower abs, I can feel them engaging while I am working out, and best of all, I can jump on the trampoline with my two children without feeling the need to pee!

    I am an international mom, taking private classes with Katelyn all the way in Singapore! I am so grateful that she has been able to accommodate my time zone. These workouts could literally not be more convenient as I’m able to take class from home once my kids are asleep for the night. I’m only two classes in, but I swear I can already feel a difference in my abs when I get out of bed each morning (or every night for those nighttime feeds!). I look forward to my weekly workouts with Katelyn as she’s always upbeat and positive. I was also very impressed that she hand selected prerecorded workouts from her library that she thought would be beneficial to me.
